Quddum Platform

Quddum is an arrival registration platform for overseas visitors arriving in Saudi Arabia for a variety of reasons. The platform was created with the goal of making admission procedures at various border ports easier and more straightforward.

Visitors to the Kingdom can use the Quddum Platform to register their COVID-19 immunization status prior to their arrival. Travelers must register and update their immunization status in the site at least 72 hours prior to arrival.

Registration

The following people can sign up for the Quddum platform and use its services:

  • Both vaccinated and unvaccinated residents
  • Both vaccinated and unvaccinated visitors are welcome.
  • Visitors who are traveling for medical treatment.
  • Saudi citizens are accompanied by domestic staff.

Travelers should follow these steps to register on the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia’s Quddum platform:

  1. Select ‘Arrival Platform’ on the Absher platform.
  2. To switch to English, select “English” from the drop-down menu.
  3. Choose the category that applies to you the most. Vaccinated and non-vaccinated tourists and residents, medical visitors, and domestic workers accompanying a Saudi citizen are among the categories available.
  4. Select “Verify” after entering your Iqama number and date of birth (or visa number for visitors).
  5. Select “Arrival Type” and input “Flight No” and “Arrival Date” on the next screen.
  6. Then pick “Airline” from the drop-down option under “Arrival Destination.”
  7. Accept the “Acknowledge Statement” declaring that the entered information is correct after entering the captcha code.
  8. Select “Confirm” from the drop-down menu.
  9. Your registration for Quddum is now complete.

Both residents and visitors must be able to meet the following requirements in order to register on the Quddum platform.

Vaccinated residents

Residents must be outside of Saudi Arabia at the time of registration, and registration must be completed within 72 hours of flying/entry into KSA.
Make sure you enter the proper information. Incorrect information may result in restrictions on travel and entry into the Kingdom.
If there are any youngsters under the age of 18, they must be registered as companions.
Immune, Immune by the first dose, Immune by recovery should be the Tawakkalna state.
If the resident's spouse is also traveling with them, they should be included as a companion.
Domestic employees must be registered with the traveling resident. Before arriving in Saudi Arabia, download, install, and register in the Tawakkalna app.

Vaccinated Visitors

Visitors must have received the immunization dosages recommended by the Saudi Ministry of Health.
Visitors to Saudi Arabia should be vaccinated at least 14 days before to arrival.
Within 72 hours of departure, complete the registration form and submit the right information. Incorrect information may result in restrictions on travel and entry into the Kingdom.
Vaccination certificates must be attested by the health authorities of the traveler's home country.
Upon entering the Kingdom, visitors should maintain all original documentation.
